Attorney Eileen A. Nevins practices law in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, Special Needs Trusts, Probate and Guardianships. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as the New Hampshire Chapter (NAELA).
She is also a member of New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She attends yearly conferences sponsored by NAELA on issues concerning estate planning, elder law issues and special needs trusts.
Attorney Nevins is licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received her undergraduate degree in 1972 from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York and her Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts in 1994. While at St. Rose she was listed as Who’s Who Among Students and at MSL she was a member of the Law Review.
Attorney Nevins is married to Christopher F. Nevins; a former Delta and military pilot and former State Representative from Hampton.
In addition to practicing, Eileen has been actively involved in the community. She has served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce and an officer of the One Park Avenue Condominium Association. She often speaks to many non-profit organizations on the topics of Medicaid, estate planning and special needs trusts.
